Mundelein Soccer Club is completely a volunteer organization.
All board, coaching, administrative & coordinator positions are filled with parents & community members, volunteering their time and wanting to give their children the best soccer experience possible in our community.
Club parents are required to contribute to the organization by volunteering 5 hours per outdoor soccer season (Fall and spring) for a total of 10 hours.
A $100 fee ($50 for High School) per child is charged at registration and can be refunded at the end of the season if the volunteer obligations are met and refund request form is returned.

Help your team coach focus on soccer by taking on one of these tasks for you team.
Team Volunteer Coordinator - Responsible for tracking team’s volunteer assignments and participation in volunteer opportunities.
Team Tournament Coordinator - File paperwork with club tournament coordinator.
Team Meeting Representative - Represent the team at the monthly MSC meetings and relay information from the Board Meetings to the team.
Team Publicity - Collect information (goals, saves, etc) from games and provides the information to the local papers.
Team Manager / Parent - Coordinate team clothing and apparel purchases, plans year end party if desired by team. Work with coach on rescheduling of games when needed. Keep your team sideline in order and cheering for your players.
Team Scrips Coordinator - Help your team raise money for tournament, trainings or parties with the clubs new Scrips gift card fundraising program.
Other Team Assignments - Help your team coach with other items that come up from time to time.
Help MSC continue to be one of the TOP Soccer Clubs in Lake County by volunteering your time to the club.
Field Lining / Set up - Line the field before your game or make sure nets and flags are in place and ready for play. Check nets to make sure they are attached. Pick up flags after games and put back in field box.
Tryouts and Registration Committee Member - Work with MSC board on logistical details for tryouts, including communication with the community, marketing, on-site set up and coordination of tryout volunteers, securing a venue for registration and preparing registration materials.
Field Manager - Take ownership of an MSC field. Inspect the field once a week, making sure goals are secure, nets are locked in, corner flags are undamaged and there is no trash around.
