MSC Code Of Conduct

The Following Codes of Conduct must be read, signed by parent(s)/guardian and player, and then returned with paperwork at registration. No player will be allowed to register without signed player and parent codes of conduct.

The Mundelein Soccer Club takes great pride in the quality of its players, facilities and broad community involvement. Youth sports programs play an important role in promoting the physical, social, and emotional development of children. Therefore, it is essential for parents, coaches, spectators, and officials to encourage youth athletes to embrace the values of good sportsmanship. Furthermore, parents, coaches, spectators, and officials involved in youth sports events should be models of good sportsmanship and should lead by example by demonstrating fairness, respect, and self-control.

In order to ensure that the principles of sportsmanship, fair play, and mutual respect among players, coaches, officials, and spectators characterize all competition sponsored by the Mundelein Soccer Club the following Codes of Conduct have been established. It is the obligation of all program administrators, coaches, parents, and players to create an environment that promotes this objective. Those who willfully violate this code jeopardize their participation in the MSC Program.

MSC reserves the right to release a player per the IYSA rule 006 pertaining to the involuntary release of players from a club. For further information on Rule 006 please refer to www.IYSA.org
